The solution will also incorporate a centralised internet feed, secured by a Watchguard XTM Firewall. With applications demanding ever increasing bandwith both internally & externally, the new WAN will give Sparshatts of Kent the bandwidth they need now and will also provide the scalability for growth in the future. The Watchguard Firewall is one of the latest Extensible Threat Management devices from leading firewall manufacturer, Watchguard, combining firewall, VPN and security services to protect networks from spam, viruses, malware & intrusions. With URL filtering, Application Contorl and Reputation Enabled Defense, the XTM also provides tools to manage access to websites and web-based applications to ensure tighter security, more efficient use of bandwidth and greater productivity.
