BMW is a private dealer group that focusses on the BMW and Mini brands. With dealerships in Stafford &
Stoke-on-Trent they had an aging printer estate that was becoming increasingly
more difficult to maintain and increasing more expensive to operate. It was clear that a refresh was required and
several suppliers were invited to submit proposals for a Managed Print
offering. Platinum came out a clear
winner through our ability to demonstrate substantial cost savings and
productivity gains.
Platinum deployed the 18 devices with the minimum of fuss and downtime, allowing staff to go about their daily tasks without interruption or disruption. All the devices are monitored by our central management system to enable us keep all the equipment in optimum working order and freeing up valuable IT resources to concentrate on other tasks.
