Deployment of Managed Print Service for Drift Bridge

Representing Volkswagen and Audi franchises since 1974, Drift Bridge Motor Group is one of the most established dealers in the South-East of England.  With locations in Epsom, Walton-on-Thames and Croydon the group offers new and used cars for sale as well as a complete aftersales service.  As the business has expanded, the unstructured approach to print was putting unnecessary admin and costs onto the business and management needed to regain control.  The Managed Print Service from Platinum has provide a more structured approach to document printing.

Platinum project managed the entire deployment, including the removal of the old devices, allowing staff to go about their daily tasks without interruption or disruption.  All the devices are now monitored by our central management system to enable us keep all the equipment in optimum working order and ensure consumables are supplied without the need to be ordered by Drift Bridge.

“What immediately impressed me was the great understanding of our market which Platinum demonstrated right from the start.  They worked with us to design the most appropriate and cost effective solution which would give us everything we wanted and our account manager has been thorough throughout.  Removing the old equipment and installing the new has been pain free due to the excellent project management and they have always been on hand to sort out any problems and offer advice.  Platinum has delivered a fantastic level of service”
